Tradeshow Management
I enjoy gearing up for tradeshow season every year! I start each show with a kick-off meeting with my Client and discuss the goals, objectives and messaging for our booth. I also review the show information for opportunities to maximize my company's exposure with sponsorships. From there I work with Creative Services to design the layout and messaging within each booth; coordinate site services; shipping; registrations; schedule of attendees and order promotional products (i.e. brochures, apparel, promo items). With my keen eye for detail, I organize the entire show from beginning to execution with coordination and project management skills. I love meeting new people at each show and engaging with potential clients to showcase my company's products and services.

The focus for the Topsides Platform & Hulls 2015 Conference was to announce our name change from General Marine Leasing to Civeo Corporation and to showcase our prefabrication capabilities and certified offshore units.
We rebranded our MultiQuad display with new panels, ordered new promotional items (pens, cell phone holders, mints, apparel, brochures) and brochures for the show. Civeo was also a sponsor for the Harley Giveaway Booth Stamp Event, which allowed us to also place over 500+ Civeo mints in each delegate bag and drive traffic to our booth.
