The aim of the competition was the elaboration of a project for the construction of a residence of 80 mq, with service room for a further additional 16 mq, to serve as the residence of the keeper of the villa.
The building, to be set in the garden of the villa, will be equipped with air conditioning and include:
a compartment or separate living room with adjoining kitchen
two bedrooms with two bathrooms
a service space to use as a deposit.
The cost of the finished work is fixed in the sum of € 200,000
