Project K – The Korean Film Festival, Festival Design 2013
Project K — The Korean Film Festival was held in Frankfurt for the second time by the Association Project K.
Themed »4 Days in Seoul« the event location was decorated according to the Korean capital in various districts: Itaewon, Namdaemun, Hongdae, Myeong-dong and Insa-dong.
Inspired by Dancheong (temple roof pattern), a new pattern was created for the design, consisting of Saekdong (Korean stripes) and Hangul (Korean Type). To stress the subject film in the campaign, traditional masks are re-enacting memorable scenes of famous Korean movies.
