Project K – The Korean Film Festival, Festival Design 2014
The motto of the third Project K – The Korean Film Festival was »Play«. Therefore korean traditional games were a new addition to the program. People could learn how to play Gonggi, Tuho, Ddakji, Jegichagi and Yutnori. All five games have one thing in common – all playthings are flying in the air by throwing, kicking or flipping. The state of flying and motion has been captured as keyvisuals. The typography corresponds with the key visuals, breaking out of its form and resembling film reels.
