2013. College Assignment.
The National Symphonic Orchestra of Mexico (Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional) is one of the country's most relevant chamber music associations. For this project i wanted to make a visual system as harmonic and variable as music is. After a process that involved asking "How can we appreciate sound visually?" and experimenting with typography and different representations of sound, I decided to make a customized alphabet that would serve as one of the main elements of the graphic identity. Later elements like auxiliar typography and color were added, while being aware of the unity with the logotype and typeface.
