Inktober is a yearly event organised by Jake Parker. It is simple, draw an inky picture for every day of October! I had a sketchbook devoted to it, and a lot of the pictures are of things that happened to be in front of me, or places and events we went to. They were pretty much across the board done with no preliminary sketches, just straight from my head to the page. I had love affairs with rubber stamps, postal stamps, and copic pens.
