The Fibertech Networks telecommunication company asked us for a complete brand design. Thanks to the trust and the will to cooperate on the client’s side we were able to provide a textbook service example. We started out with consulting, which allowed us to pinpoint the company’s characteristics and its merits. We used that knowledge to come up with the visual strategy of the brand that was focused on care and customer satisfaction.

Circle of archetypes
 
To design the brand’s strategy we used the Circle of Archetypes tool. The decisions about the identity were based on the “CAREGIVER” archetype which was used as a reference throughout the whole project.
The values typical for brands of a similar archetype are trust, care and comfort. We suplemented them with an extra value: modernity, that underlined the technological nature of Fibertech.
Personification: flight control officer
 
By comparing the brand to a real person we gave it very tangible features.
