Due to a complete refreshment of a brand, we were asked to create a new webpage. We started our work by analyzing on the sites of the competitors and creating the information architecture in the form of a interactive mock-up. Afterwards we designed a layout programmed in the Responsive Web Design technology. A dedicated CMS Panel was attached to the site.Our main goal was to expose the qualities of the "caregiver" archetype without sacraficing the functionality of the webpage. We designed a special "for the client" module, which is a column that can be used on every subpage. It contains the most important customer care information. Additionally, we exposed the clients and the goal of the Fibertech company.
A survey of the clients of the Fibertech company showed that their main need was to leartn about the availability and price of the service. To serve those needs, we implemented two dedicated modules on the site. The "Network Range" uses Google Maps to tell if the service is available at a certain address (http://www.fibertech.net.pl/siec).
