The visual identity of a musical work that is supported and equally supports such a flagship title, is certainly a very challenging project. The particular symbol language developed by alchemical tradition till contemporary chemical science creates a design axis: Fire, Water, Air, Earth. The elements of the periodic table. The philosopher's stone.

The fact of physical format of this release gives us the opportunity to create an axis of interaction between the material and the recipient: Rough black surfaces of the illustration silk-screened with heat-sensitive ink become transparent to the temperature of the human body, hiding a level of the artwork in order to reveal a substrate of structured information of typographic messages and symbolic language. 
Fingers, palm or a breath leave traces, creating each time, new "living" textures. 
The black volume of illustrations spread again over the substrate, as the heat source is removed. The depiction of this dynamic change is the trace of life on the material and in this case, chemistry is the link.
