UX/UI Design
The ConditionMonitor is a web-based application from Fette Compacting. It displays current and historical pill pressing machine data for all the production and separately for each connected machine. This allows the user to detect deviations and any indications of problems at an early stage.
The challenge was to provide, in a very clear way, all the necessary data visualization. Every KPI is displayed in a card that can be clicked to acess a detailed screen.
The overall look and feel is coherent with the clients brand guidelines.
Another part of this project was the creation of an UI Kit with all the components organized in an Atomic Design aproach. From the most simple elements - Atoms - such as typography or colors, to the most complex ones - Organisms - like navigation and widgets.
This project was accomplished with an agile methodology. All the work was organized in sprints and managed by a scrum master. Everyday the team members had the typical daily meeting where every one shared their status and blockage issues were adressed.
Regarding the UX part specifically, in the begining there was a brainstorming phase, following the sketching to match the business requirements. After that, the Figma UIs were presented to the Product Owner and then handed over to the Development Team.
