The public area of the apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room with a large terrace.
The public space of the cottage consists of a living room and a dining room. Opposite the spacious corner sofa there is a fireplace and a TV area. The kitchen area is allocated in a separate room, and is located next to the dining room.
The private area of the apartment consists of a master bedroom, a separate bathroom and a wardrobe.
The compact master bathroom contains everything you need: washbasin, a bathtub, a shower area, as well as a toilet with a a bidet function. The centerpiece of the bathroom is a freestanding washbasin from the famous brand Antonio Lupi with a round mirror from Cattelan.
The guest toilet is located at the entrance to the apartment. Despite its small size, it contains all the necessary equipment.
