Edinburgh Gin Maker 'Old Curiosity' put their story and hidden paradise to film from The Secret Garden.
Brief
True to name, The Secret Garden had become one of Edinburghs best kept secrets. While the folks behind Old Curiosity Gin were busy crafting their own slice of paradise, and creating the Secret Garden from nothing, they invited us in to help showcase and elevate the brand. Our brief was to create a contemporary video piece that opened the gates for all to see the natural magic of The Old Curiosity.
Process
The beauty of the Secret Garden and its array of botanicals is at the root of what makes Old Curiosity Gin great. We highlight the love that Hamish, founder of The Secret Garden, pours into every botanical, every bottle, and every process in the distillery that really instills each gin with a little touch of magic.
Outcomes
If capturing real beauty and true magic was the aim, Hamish and The Secret Garden made our task just that much easier. We put every gorgeous detail to film, creating a range of video and photography used by The Old Curiosity to tell their story, increase views and interactions, and successfully boost recognition.
