Diversity = Acceptance + Respect.
Diversity means understanding that each person is unique, and recognizing our individual differences. These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, etc. It is the exploration of these differences in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. It is about understanding each other and moving beyond simple tolerance to embracing and celebrating the rich dimensions of diversity contained within each individual.
This is a project created at an Illustration class (2013) during my BA.

I wanted the stamps to fight racism,and specifically discrimination on race,etnicity,gender, so i tried to create impersonal entities, where you can't realise the gender, race, ethnicity of the figure.
In this series of stamps i decided to use a conventional skin color which represent all people and also a more triangle faces (a cubism inspiration). I wanted to hint on cubism and give a serious feeling to anyone that looks at the stamps for the first time.
For this series i am inspired by CUBISM and HUMANEA(by Angelica Dass).
