Visitors interact with the installation at the academic projects exhibition Demoday at PUC-Rio (2023).
Coral-o-kê (Choir-o-ke) is an interactive installation about choir singing.
It was developed as my graduation project for the Digital Media Design
course at PUC-Rio, oriented by Professor João Bonelli.

User journey
User's journey in three steps: (1) choose a song to sing; (2) listen to the voices to learn the melody; and (3) record your own voice and become part of the choir.
Experience
The goal of the installation is to provide the experience of a choir. So, visitors are presented with songs, from which they can choose to sing. Then, they can listen to four voices that correspond to Soprano (female high-pitched voice), Alto (female low-pitched voice), Tenor (male high-pitched voice) and Bass (male low-pitched voice) and learn the melodies. Using the microphone, they can record their own voices and listen to it along with the other singers' voices, becoming part of the choir.
Interface's initial screen and main screen.
The interface encompasses the following features:
    · choose among three songs – Canção da América, She's Leaving Home and Brasil Pandeiro –;
    · play the songs;
    · choose which voices to listen to – soprano, alto, tenor and/or bass –;
    · record your own voice while listening to the pre-recorded voices of your choice;
    · adjust/ mute the volume of the pre-recorded voices and of the voice recorded by you;
    · play your voice along with the pre-recorded voices;
    · record over the previous recording;
    · and observe the sound waves of the pre-recorded voices and of your voice.
