This will help the sever administrator and Network team to have a regular check on server reachability and network connectivity so that they can take necessary action upon the ping result

* An vbs file has been created using WMI to ping one server from another server.
* The failed ping status will be notified to the ECMS team along with the reason for further troubleshooting. This is done by CDO.message technique called inside vbscript.
