This conceptual project was created for a Design Methodologies Graduate level course at SFSU. The problem statement was developed through desk research and user interviews. Independent musicians are trying to connect their work with an audience, but many are not being discovered because of the amount of noise and lack of money to market thier work, which makes them feel that their work isn’t valid or useful to society.
The image above is three phone screenshots side by side. This interactive digital prototype was created using Figma. The monospace font was chosen to create a synthetic, computerized aesthetic. The artwork was lent from adobe stock under creative commons for educational licensing.
