Lindstrom is the European textile market leader with 170 years of experience and representatives in 24 countries. The Lindstrom team decided to develop a new brand for the Russian market that would maintain continuity with the international brand and emphasize the company's technological capabilities and customer focus.

Brand audit and communication strategy


Based on a series of in-depth interviews with employees and customers, we concluded that Lindstrom's standards of care do more than make life easier and optimize costs. The company's protective suits and carpets help customers take care of their employees and guests and are in line with trends in environmental thinking and sustainable development.

Based on the results of the analysis phase, we developed a communication strategy and message matrix for three key target group segments: two external — customers of the company's services — and internal — employees. In the next stage of the funnel, the brand reaches the next level of support.



Naming


When choosing the name, it was important for us to keep the connection to Lindstrom.
The chosen name «Lindaily» emphasizes the demand for the services offered and the responsibility for the comfort of customers and employees in thousands of companies. It is the brand of a technologically modern service, not a contractor
—​​​​​​​ a legal entity.

Logo


The strict «Scandinavian» logo maintains continuity and conveys important characteristics for the brand. The shape of the mark is a leaf consisting of two letters L closed in a ring and a rectangle inside it. The leaf expresses concern for the environment, the ring-closed letters represent continuity in the development of the production process, and the rectangle symbolizes technology and refers to the shape of the carpet — one of the main areas of the company's work.



Corporate colors


The main color of the brand is a bright and stimulating orange. It is used for the logo, corporate graphics and media design. Five other colors are used to identify the company's activities.


Style elements and corporate graphics


The rounded corner brand element refers to the plasticity of the letter L. It serves as a container for photographic images and an accent area for placing headlines or text.



As an additional element of corporate graphics, we have developed a font composition — an active graphic element that conveys innovation and inspiration. This element is actively used in the design of transportation and makes it stand out in the urban environment.


We have selected a convenient font for use across various communication channels — on the website, clothing labels, billboards, or leaflets. TT Hoves Pro typography is a versatile, modern, and user-friendly font that fulfills all assigned tasks.


An open, positive tone of communication is supported by illustrative characters. Vector graphics created in corporate colors combine outlines and filled elements.


Materials for communication


Lindaily's client portfolio in Russia includes more than thirty thousand companies from industry, construction, medicine and other sectors where working conditions are particularly important. We have developed communication materials that tell about the daily challenges of cooks, construction workers and welders and show how Lindaily's services make their work more pleasant.

We have developed rules for designing media for printed and digital communication: Brochures, catalogs, business documents, transportation design, posts on social media. The constants of corporate identity and the rules for media design were described in the brand book.



HR communication

For the communication of HR we developed a logo, corporate elements and exemplary characters. The logo of HR is a graphic heart in which the сompany logo is inscribed. The image of the heart is as plastic as the sign, and the counterform has the shape of the letter L. We also developed a set of characters: Employees in the form of superheroes who «set the chain of care in motion» every day.



By maintaining continuity with the company's international brand, we have made Lindaily a technologically advanced, modern service that makes an important contribution to the care of millions of employees and guests of its customers. Lindaily is constantly evolving to be prepared every day to meet the challenges of customers in different industries.
