Lavira Residences in Khobar is a new development that offers a unique real estate product - a residential compound with villas. The Lavira Villas are situated in a prime location, with everything you need within walking distance. The gated community offers modern amenities, including an optional smart home system, and a luxurious living experience. It is an inviting neighborhood for families who wish to combine modernity with Saudi culture and social life needs. At Lavira Residences, we understand the needs of modern Saudi families after the rapid urbanization over the last few decades. That's why we have combined modernity with Saudi culture and social life needs to create a unique brand identity.
The attention to detail in the villas' interior and exterior design was of utmost importance to the developer, and this served as our inspiration. We found that the wooden line architecture was a solid foundation to build upon, as it was a prominent feature throughout the construction. By incorporating this design element into our own work, we were able to create a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
After carefully considering the requirements outlined in the brief, I was able to create a logo that perfectly captures the developer's vision. My goal was to create a modern and sophisticated look that would appeal to the target audience. I decided to use a gold Pantone to add a touch of elegance to the design, which looks stunning both on its own and against a black background. Overall, I am thrilled with how the final logo turned out, and was a great asset to the developer's brand.
The fifth element was derived from the approved logo. Giving the gradient feel makes it a subtle and elegant feel when used as all collateral.
