I was responsible for planning, writing, editing and overall project management of the internal newsletter "Transform and Inform" which served as a change management tool to reach staff in Enfield Council during the implementation of Personalisation across adult social care departments in England.

Below is a selection of pages from some of the quarterly issues I produced. Some of the content is written by me, while I edited other pieces of the content.

I worked closely with the designer on layout and design of each issue which would range between 8 and 20 pages in A4 booklet format. The newsletters were also made available in PDF format.

In an independent audit, the newsletters were praised as an example of good practice where the audience (staff) were carefully considered and involved in determining the direction of the content. The newsletter also received "Highly Commended" in the publications category of the Association of Social Care Communicators Awards.
