3. Virtual Tours
A makeshift VR tour of my the facilities provided at my apartment complex. By interacting with the interface, users can explore the scape made in the simulated environment created by a 360 camera. This changes the viewing perspective from a 2D plane to fully surrounded environment.
4. 3D Scanning & HDRIs
In these HDRI shots, 360 cameras were used to accurately depict shadows and reflections of 3D generated objects. If the surface was reflective, it would innately have to correctly reflect the perspective away from the camera.
Insta360 cameras have built in lidar sensors, the function of this tool can be used to scan surroundings to generate a 3D scan of the environment.
