Rebranding a local tea label called Wah Tea.

‘Wah’ meaning wow in Hindi, has its tea plantations at the foothills of the Himalayas,  in the Kangra Valley.
To create a sense of tea without using the word, the three prong tea leaf was used as its iconic logo.

Packaging
The packaging was created for two of their main teas - Green Tea and Black Tea, named Valley Black and Valley Green after its plantation. To carry through a similar design lanuage in the packaging, the same three prong leaf was used in repitition to create the labels that will be retailed from their gardens in the Kangra Valley, as well as some supermarket chains across India.

To engage the customer, simple things like the brewing instructions were illustrated with simple graphics. Even thpugh this tea is marketed mainly for a foreign clientele, simple graphic instructions also help locals who might purchase the tea and cannot necessarily read english.
