At Lord & Taylor, I work on website content strategy and project management.

Beginning with strategy, I plan out my individual sections (currently focusing on Men's, Kids', and Handbags).

After planning, the creative goes through an 18-week long workflow, where it is seen and edited by designers, copywriters, merchandisers, buyers, and upper management.
Once the creative has been finalized, I manage the content in our database, map the click thrus for each link, and audit the content in a week-long process.
At the end of the event, I analyze each sections key performance indicators to provide
assistance for future strategy.
