Celebrating history and legacy in a special issue of Resources magazine.
In 2022, Resources for the Future (RFF) turned 70. To mark this impressive milestone, this issue of Resources magazine offered the chance to reflect on some of the amazing research they've embarked on over those many decades. The team at RFF delved into the archives and chose a selection of previous articles and ideas, which were printed alongside introductions from the current team as well as some contemporary commentary.
As with each issue, I created the layouts as well as contributing a number of infographics and illustrations. The issue also featured some great commissions – Andrea Ucini provided a wonderfully clever illustration about air quality and electricity, while Kouzou Sakai created a super engaging visual overview about environmental economics. Myriam Wares also created a beautifully detailed cover illustration, which will form part of a triptych across this and the following two issues.
