Jeepney Samurai Transformer

Jeepney Samurai Transformers were developed soon after time travel was discovered in 2045. Bicolano scientists studying Mount Mayon fell inside a wormhole in the volcano, and found themselves on Mount Fuji... in 13th century Japan.
Japanese scholars living near the area housed the scientists, as they combined 2040's jeepney transportation advancement, Ilonggo robotics, and local Japanese military  strategists, equipment, and materials.
By the 14th century, the technology had spread throughout Maritime Southeast Asia, prohibiting more inferior societies coming in from Europe from gaining any foothold in the regions. People such as the Dutch, English, and Spanish were kept uninformed of what was called the "Mayon-Fugaku Agiyanan" or "Mayon-Fuji Passage", the name given by Japanese and Panyupanyanan* scientists for the hidden wormhole.
To raise additional funds for the eventual Nihonjin-Panyupanyana Space Agency or NPSA, the Japanese and Filipinos (now Panyupanyanan - a temporary term recommended by the initial Filipino time travelers) created t-shirts as merch
They also developed downloadable printables on Etsy to raise further funds for their space endeavors.
*A temporary term chosen by the Filipinos of the "New Society" or "Post-wormhole Pre-Philippine People" in referring to themselves and each other.
