Assignment: Create two portraits of someone. It could be someone you know, someone you admire or just find interesting, it is up to you.
The first portrait has to be one of the person, and it does not have to be realistic.
The second portrait is where you tell us about the person without actually portraying the person.
In both assignments you can work with whatever material and technique you want.

I am currently working on the second portrait.
I have chosen Wes Anderson and his musical interest. Therefore, I wanted to create a music festival as a portrait. I worked with paper, most of them I had to colour myself, to get feeling of something handmade which is typical for his films. I wanted the festival to be inspired by stage plays since that was how Wes began. In the festival-poster I hid some other Wes Anderson trivia only a fan can find and understand.

What I have learned:
1. A nice way of making grass, but it takes an awful lot of time.
2. Ten glue sticks are not enough when the workspace is 50x65 cm.
3. Working like this is fun and I am glad I tried it!
