Over the years, three US presidents and two US vice presidents have delivered addresses at these luncheons. Other prominent federal government officials who have spoken at the LIA luncheon range from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to Federal Reserve chairman Dr. Ben Bernanke. Beyond the worlds of politics and public service, the luncheon has hosted sports legends such as Jack Nicklaus and both Peyton and Eli Manning.
