This branding project aimed to create a unique identity for a “Mayan Permaculture Camp” that offers a unique and sustainable outdoor experience in the Yucatan Peninsula, where visitors can connect with nature, local culture and practices. of sustainable living while supporting the Yucatecan Mayan communities.
The brand's goal is to promote and embody the spirit of permaculture, with a focus on simplicity, connection to nature and culture.
For the visual identity of the brand, we sought to approach the visuals from an eclectic style inspired by nature, where traditional and modern elements could coexist with bright colors and shapes that project the soul of Yucatan.
From a casual, youthful, happy, enthusiastic and proud brand narrative that seeks to exalt the union. Illustrations representing the exuberant and diverse ecosystems of the Yucatan were developed as well as brand elements that connote the rich cultural heritage of the Mayan people.
The brand's message is centered on the idea of "returning to nature" and living in harmony with the environment. Emphasis is placed on the benefits of spending time in nature, connecting with the natural world, and learning about permaculture practices and Yucatecan
(Mayan Territory Defenders) communities.
Aldea Venado is a one-of-a-kind experience that showcases the unique cultural and ecological heritage of Yucatecan Mayan communities, promotes permaculture, sustainable tourism, and cultural preservation, while also supporting Mayan communities.
Offers a variety of activities that allow visitors to engage with local culture, such as guided walks through the lush jungle, workshops on permaculture and traditional Mayan practices, and opportunities to participate in community projects.
