Kinnaur Kailasha (locally known as Kinner Kailash), a mountain range in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, has a height of 6050 mts. and is considered sacred by both Hindus and Buddhists. Kinners (from which the name Kinnaur comes) finds mentions in many religious and mythology texts, where they are revered as a distinct tribe who are demi-gods — partway between men and gods. Myths say, Kinnar Kailash range is a winter abode to Lord Shiva who conducts darbar for Kinnars who are also highly proficient in music. The view here is from Sangla Valley, in Kinnaur district.
Peeking through the pine trees.
The hovering clouds.
The patterns, the pathways.
Shrouded.
Unveiled.
The Holy Abode.
The Worshipper.
