Samarité products are distinguished by intelligent formulas that work exactly where the skin needs them and exactly as it needs them. If the skin is younger or less demanding, it will draw less from them than if it is mature or dry.
We were invited to cooperate by Samarité to digitize the brand image and re-arrange the user's journey during the purchasing process. The process itself should reflect the values and what distinguishes Samarité from other cosmetic brands.
Before we started work, we had several workshops where we defined the main values of the brand, what is currently demanded by consumers and how to simplify the purchasing process to make it quick and friendly.
What characterizes Samarité is a very significant percentage of returning customers, the purchasing process itself also had to largely respond to this phenomenon.
