Calculate cost in 30 seconds?
Together with Rehau, we designed, tested and implemented a new digital product called Rehau at home.Its main purpose is to be able to calculate the cost of the entire installation at home in 30 seconds.

It is a revolutionary solution because it reduces the extremely short waiting time for the valuation of installation works during construction or renovation. The scope of the valuation includes several hundred possible combinations of equal parameters that we cleverly present to the user in only 3 steps. We select many values ​​for the user based on the given key investment parameters.


What about intallers?
The back office for installation companies turned out to be a very big challenge in terms of technological implementation. The created panel had to cover several hundred fields that are interconnected. What's more, it will be operated by low-tech people. Therefore, we had to create a quick, simple and intuitive tool that would allow for a large automation of the production of valuations.

How to manage it?
The last project was an analytical panel enabling the collection and presentation of data in the form of extensive charts and shown in geographical space. They also allow you to manage offers, installer accounts and allow you to track leads.​​​​​​​










We were selected due to the full range of our product delivery offer. We were a product owner who covered technological, design and business consultancy.

We organized workshops that included the creation of personas, analysis of consumer needs and the specificity of the construction industry.

We started the process from design goals through blockframes, ending with wireframes and final design.

After the start of the launch, we expand the apps to new countries and introduce improvements on an ongoing basis.










But first, Workshops!
Before starting the work, we analyzed the client's business and its needs. The biggest challenge was to combine sales goals, terms of cooperation between business partners and the end customer's ui / ux.

We also analyzed the knowledge gained during tests on users of the previous version of the application. The provided tests allowed us to better understand the behaviors and needs as well as critical problems reported by the users.

On this basis, we developed the current and future threats, i.e. we tried to predict them. The next step was to create a concept of goals to be met by the new version of the application and to adjust the protoperson, thanks to which we will achieve these goals better










How did we achieve this strategy? We have created a cloud-based, scalable and multi-threaded application delivered in 13 markets.
The entire application consists of 3 independent projects. Each of them allows for exceptions that occur due to the specifics of a particular region.










Calculator
We no longer receive offers from users who want to know the approximate value of the investment (non-hot leads). From the very beginning, the user has the opportunity to see how the choice of the heat source affects the final price.

We applied pre-qualification of the user who wants to use the calculator. The main calculator is only released to user, who is perceived as potential hot lead. 

User, who is looking for the approximate value of the investment, can also leave a contact, creating a cold lead.










We will do it for you!
To automate the configuration process, we suggest to the user things that are not important, such as the number of rooms or connections, while using the data entered in the first step.

Simplicity is the key
We make life easier by showing the most important features of the products in an easy and intuitive way. We also simplify the nomenclature of products in order to direct the user what he can expect from the chosen solution without broadening his knowledge.

Technological implementation
The backend is a multi-threaded Node application that is prepared for effective scaling in the AWS cloud, which enables the dynamic growth of the load generated by other countries to be handled.

The frontend is based on React with the help of Lerna and is divided into smaller applications. Full realtime communication is based on XHR and websocket.

By using monorepo, a large part of the code is shared between all applications within the project, and a well-thought-out architecture and strong typing (TypeScript) make it easy to develop and maintain.

We have introduced a tool for business partners so that they can manage their offer and join selected promotional campaigns in an independent and automated way

What is my offer?
It’s, fully customizable,Installer offer includes related scopes of work, thanks to which the client will be able to perform an independent calculation.

Each scope of work consists of various installation works. One item, e.g. surface heating, may occur in several scopes of work.

The introduced change in one item will automatically cover the remaining scopes of work containing this item.










Rehau Analytics
In order to be successful, we had to ensure an easy way to manage and analyze the collected data

Users at many management levels (top management, country management, regional management etc.) can monitor the sales performance of Rehau products in worldwide group.

User experience design was a big challenge due to the number of countries, types of products, types of users and dependencies between them.

The application allows you to assess sales performance reffering to its quantity, value, activity of individual regions and differentiates activities into individual segments or product groups. In addition to the analysis, the user has full insight into the list of offers or installers and the ability to manage them.
