THE PROJECT

The dedication to using high quality products and respect for the land are common points between Chef Thomas Troisgros and Café Orfeu. The creation of this microlot unites inspiration and a touch of family tradition. With light roasting and surprising notes of yellow fruit and Sicilian lemon, this coffee combines a natural sweetness with a marked acidity, which is also a worldwide known characteristic of the cuisine of the Troisgros family. The handmade illustrations, striking color and simple, minimal design are inspired by this partnership, by the way, also signed by the Chef.
