The steps to create imagery in 3D
1. Composition & Animation
In this part of the process, we focus on the general composition of the image. The directionality, weight & hierarchy of the elements, as well as the movements & articulations of the main subject.
2. Lighting & Camera
Once we are happy with the composition, we start designing the lights and camera parameters. No materials / colors are added yet. Here we focus on the foundations of the image.
3. Final Render.
It’s time to apply realism to our subject and bring life to the image with materials, textures & color. We do some last adjustments to the lights and camera paremeters and render the final image.
Inspiring Reference
Always use good reference when posing characters, and if possible use Brad Pitt twice.
