"Orgull Compartit" Pride Campaign

"Orgull Compartit" means Shared Pride and with this slogan the campaign reclaims what unites us in the LGBTI+ movement. What pushes us to recognise ourselves in others should be stronger than the impulse to differentiate ourselves. This is the clear aim of this campaign.

The campaign was conceptualised, planned and executed by the organisation Barcelona en Comú where I work as Art Director. The communication department and the feminism/LGTBI group defined the narrative and came up with the campaign's slogan. The message had to be unity and I quickly thought of creating something that would be a global wave, interconnected and festive.

Together with María Corte we developed the illustrative part of the campaign. She has a long experience representing the body in a non-standardised way and her ability to visualise concepts was fundamental for the complex storyrelling.

All types of digital assets for social media or web banners were designed for the media campaign and merchandising was produced for the Pride Demonstration using the illustrations and the graphics developed for the campaign.
