Task: 
Redesign the visual identity of Minimax, a major European TV channel aimed at children and broadcasting to 10 countries.

Solution: 
Since Minimax has an audience that is spread across many countries and speaks different languages, we faced the challenge of creating a widely recognizable and captivating visual identity all channel viewers can easily relate to. Our brainstorming quest took us to adventure-packed places and reminded us of beloved children’s games, which served as inspiration for transforming and enhancing the properties of the classic Minimax logo. Equipped with special powers and a tactile set of identities, the redesigned logo became a gateway to the exciting worlds of superheroes, technology, creativity, space travel, underwater creatures and jungle exploration. The ambiance and elements of every world were carefully crafted and animated to interact with the logo and deliver a smooth viewing experience. The logo’s playful and juicy new look attracted the attention of Minimax’s characters Picicica and Macikutya, who were also refreshed and animated so that they can join the fun. To complement the on-air packaging, we developed dedicated TV bugs, IPPs, Next-on tags, loops and marketing backgrounds. Enjoy the whole show below :)
