Design for the 2014 online banking launch for Umpqua Bank, a small west coast bank invested in their community. Goal was to create an online experience as enjoyable as the in-store experience where they provide free coffee and tea, computers for public use and unique events that support the local communities. The idea is for the online and in-store experiences to be inviting and less intimidating than most banking experiences.
The launch of this project brings consistency among the various digital platforms where there wasn't any before.
