Problem Statement
PayBright is launching a customer web portal to establish and grow its B2C presence.
Customers can use the portal to manage their account and browse a list of participating PayBright merchants.
Key Features of the Customer Portal:
• The customer portal can be used in-browser or on a mobile device.
• The customer will login using their phone number and a PIN sent to their mobile number.
• The customer is able to browse through a list of merchants that accept PayBright and obtain information on PayBright loans
