Walthamstow Wetlands- Third Visit

What worked:

- Similar overcast conditions as first shoot

- Was able to go to the River Lea for the first time

- Weather conditions change throughout the day so I was able to capture the north side with different lighting

- Reshot some of the same areas as last time with different lighting, I want to gather the same places to have more material to choose from when making a working edit

What didn't work:

- It was interesting to see the River Lea for the first time but when I got there I didn't realise the pathway was going to be so thin. It was very hard to get good compositions as you could not get far away enough, every shot had to be quite close

- When at the River Lea I had to go over a bridge to try and get it from a higher angle as it wasn't working well try to shoot it from the ground. There were too many boats crowding the composition

- Wish I could of got round more surrounding areas but it took two hours to get to the River Lea

What to do next time:

- Keep reshooting same subjects

- Get to surrounding areas

- Try to work out what time is best to get to each area because the lightning changing throughout the day
Strongest images from shoot:

I believe that these are the strongest images from this shoot as they work well with the change in lighting and they have very straight compositions. I think that the strongest image from this shoot is the one with the buildings with the pipe in front. I have photographed this subject the exact same before but I feel like with this one the buildings in the background are a lot sharper and the part with the pipe is a lot lighter which creates a better balance than before.
