"Blok Font" is loosely based on blocs of chocolate. I wanted to make the font very clean and geometrical. Some shapes are almost abstract. I also tried to put the contrast of thick vs thin in each character. The animation shows the returning horizontal element.

The landscape images are part of an interactive font application for Ipad. 

 

After a lot of sketches on paper I fine-tuned all the characters using fontlab studio and illustrator.
