I watch a lot of movies, and I especially like the classics. Or should I say, the new generation of (cult) classics like Taxi Driver, Reservoir Dogs and The Big Lebowski. It struck me as odd that many people have never watched or even heard of them. So for my bachelorproject I created a fictional filmfestival to promote those 'new classics' towards a younger audience (+- 18 to 23).

 

I started with researching and developing a name, logo and general visual identity for the filmfestival. For each of the 5 movies in the line-up I made a poster which shows the essence of the story in a creative way. I also worked with famous movie quotes.
