The Harrow Pirate

The Harrow Pirate. A Wembley registered 1963 Li150. Owned for 30 years by David Wilson (72) and sold to Darryl Bunker in 2011, as a rattle can painted, non runner. David was a founding member of the Harrow Pirates Scooter Club and among his many scootering adventures, won silverware at Snetterton and on the Isle of Man with his previous Lambretta.

The decision was made by Darryl, to pay tribute to David, by restoring the Li to the highest possible standard and accessorising the scooter with original trinkets, that reflect and celebrate Davids glittering scootering past. The project took almost two years and is still ongoing.

You can see a selection of images below, showcasing Darryl's beautiful Lambretta. Which were taken by The Scootographer © at this years Brighton mod weekender.
