The Northern Lights I

During the last season I hunted many freezing nights for the Northern Lights. I started in Greenland this last September during a 2-months unsupported lone hike with 130 pounds of gear, cameras and food. Then I moved to the Swedish Lapland, where in February after many long nights of waiting in vain at minus 39 degrees Celsius I finally witnessed one of the strongest displays in years. At the end of March my hunt ended in the wonderful Norwegian Sea on the Lofoten Islands...
