This Dream Project "Splash Calendar 2011" was initiated by Partnership/Dubai/U.A.E and backed by "Splash" CEO Raza Beig.The aim was to make this region's definitive "Fashion Calender" as its the first time ,something like this is happening or done in this part of the world.I decided to take color "Black" as my theme.
Imagine if we saw all seasons in Color "Black"? what would it be ,or look like???
I approached all seasons as if I was writing a script for 12 different feature films ,therefore wrote 12 scenes.
In my Photography I try and combine my influences of my favourite feature films and work of great directors, I feel its always present in my fashion work.
I have combined influences of films,Mr.Tim Burton's & Federico Fellini's work & Broadway shows for set inspirations etc.
Endless efforts were put in by my Team! I salute everyone for making this Dream come to Reality!!!!!
