Your task will be critical—you'll transition our core flows into Figma, integrate advanced functionalities, and oversee a visual redesign that pays meticulous attention to detail.

Your Role Involves:

• Transitioning core flows into Figma: Utilize components and design tokens for scalability and efficiency.
• Overseeing visual redesign: Focus on the finer details of visual design across the platform.
• Maintaining and growing our design system: Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Evolving the IxDF brand: Implement our visual design language across all touchpoints.
• Enhancing user engagement: Work on UIs, copy, microcopy, and communication to better meet our members' needs.

About You:

• Experienced in UI design: You bring years of hands-on experience and are proficient in Figma.
• Skilled in advanced visual design: Mastery of typographic hierarchy, color psychology, and micro-interactions.
• Problem-solving acumen: Capable of refining UI elements to enhance visual harmony and user engagement.
