About the role: The Senior Graphic Designer will be instrumental in the conceptualization, production and execution of Innovative Skincare’s advertising strategies, web design, and overall creative concepts. Ensuring all packaging, sales, marketing, web & social media and in-house collateral is cost-effectively designed and delivered to agreed standards and deadlines from concept to fruition.
Reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating with a team of Graphic Designers, the ideal candidate for this position will have an artistic eye that can transform ideas and creativity into our products translating owners view and strategy into images/visual accordingly with the Company positioning.
This is a Hybrid role out of our Burbank, CA office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Developing a foundational understanding about the Company vision and mission statement as it relates to Marketing and how that expectation is communicated through web design, print ads, logos, illustrations, and other social and electronic mediums.
- Create global templates for adaptation for various regional creative partners.
- Lead design updates for existing layouts and creative materials.
- Assist in cataloging all creative projects.
- Review all typography and layout before final release.
- Ability to adapt creative approaches based on local relevance needs by market and channel.
- Partner with cross disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables meet the needs of the brief and provide an elevated user experience.
Education and Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design with a demonstrated portfolio of work.
- Strong understanding of product aesthetics and design for luxury brand image.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver).
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
- Detail oriented and passionate about design.
- Expertise in digital design, landing pages, banner ads, email, etc.
- Proactive team player and collaborator.
- Strong multi-tasker and ability to handle high-volume of work under tight deadlines.
- Organized with exceptional time-management skills.
- Understanding of established brand values and brand aesthetic with an ability to produce on-brand creative that fits within existing brand codes.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $94,000 and $107,000 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
