Branding Central Asia Employer Brand Award

The medieval arch was taken as the basis of the logo, as it is a universal and recognizable form of architecture of Uzbekistan.
We have simplified the selected form, making it more concise, without unnecessary details, so that the logo can be read even at small scales.

We decided to add colors, give a simple figure a more complex component and lay it out on the details.

The patterns and color palette were based on national patterns of various crafts of Uzbekistan.
Prize

To show the relationship between events, the same shape and already golden shades were chosen for the award logo. So we created an association with the award and emphasized the national flavor.
