The Twentsche Foodhal is an urban location with 9 kitchens under one roof. With local and sustainable foodproducts it is a unique concept for the city Enschede. At the food-event 'proef eet' all restaurants from city Enschede present their finest food. In their campaign all kitchens had to be represented like their own, but also as the Twentsche Foodhal.
