I saw a tutorial on YouTube by Dansky https://youtu.be/iSlLgCFc9gg tried out some different variations of it, he used color burn blend on colors but I used soft light blend that gave some colors a little crystal like look which went good with the colors I used in the graphic above, but in the design below, I used color burn, that looks great for a cosmetic red powder type of color.
