Geneva is a vibrant city known for its theaters, community bars, public beaches, parks, state sponsored festivals and concerts. However, in 2016, despite a positive budget, the new government cut its spending on social and cultural affairs. So we decided to and launched the operation RIPPING INSTAGRAM APART.
