DStv Compact: From my home to your home
In a country where TV viewers are constantly bomabarded with international content, DStv Compact wanted to create a campaign that celebrated their local flavour. In such a young democracy, viewers had seen and lived through much change. Their stories were routed in that of our country, overcoming many hardships to find new opportunites in the new South Africa.
The same could be said for DStv Compact's presenters.
They too had overcome many hardships to be where they are today. From going up at home with their parents to owning your TV screen. Each month, we were able to tell the stories of these presenters; of how they grew up, the lessons they learnt and how these lessons guided their path to where we see them today; on your TV, in your home.
Our presenter for November is former soccer star and SupSport presenter Jabu Mahlangu-Pule. This is his story.

The campaign was a massive success online with social posts recieving 6 000 likes on average and a total of 150 000 documentary views across social media and their webpage.
