Project365: Submerged

This week's theme, "Submerged," took quite some imagination - to envision what a scene might look like from the camera's point of view.  Looking out through the water is a perspective that we rarely encounter, making it inherently difficult to relate with.  If asked to take a nice valley view photo, where would you go?  Probably up to the mountain vista.  We're familiar enough with landscapes to have some idea of the scene before we even get there, but how do you approach a submerged situation and still create a photo that holds meaning?  That was the difficulty, along with one funny dilemma - half the photos taken underwater didn't even look like there was an ounce of water in sight.  How annoying to photograph something you can't see, haha.

Well, here we are, and I'm quite excited with what's been created this past week!  Enjoy :)
